Anyone else having issues generating customer tax invoices? Page times out

We have been unable to generate customer tax invoices via the "Add tax invoice" function for 2 days now. When entering the customer name, or selecting from the list, the customer lookup in the background gets stuck and never resolves to bring the info into the page (address, pricelists etc.). Eventually the page times out.

Strange thing is, I can copy from a previous invoice for the same customer without any issues, info populates perfectly with no delays. But i cannot then change the customer in the invoice as the lookup again never resolves and eventually times out.

I am using the latest version of Chrome, cache has been cleared, browser has been restarted, computer has been restarted. 

It seems Sage has removed all ability to talk to a human to find out if there is in fact a server issue :(

Any help would be appreciated.

    With regards to the above , we have not received issues on time out when selecting a customer , however we can suggest something that might help.


    We advise that every time you log into Sage Accounting you log in via incognito.
