If this is in Sage50c, unposted quantities are quantities on sales orders, purchase orders and quantity still in open batches. If you do not have any open batches, please check the items that show unposted in sales orders, purchase orders and inventory journals and delete them.

If you do not have any of the above documents, create a backup of the data and rebuild batch quantities by going to File | Data Integrity | Rebuild Batch Quantities Only | Process and check if the unposted quantities have been cleared.

If the problem persists, run a stock fix. Please refer to the knowledge base article here to assist you in that regard.
