Clearly this issue has not been resolved but has in fact gotten worse

Please be advised that there is a delay with emails being sent from Sage Accounting.
Our respective teams are working on this to get it sorted.
We do not have an ETA on this as yet.
The workaround we can suggest in the meantime is for you to save the Invoice, Quotes, Statements etc. to PDF and email it from your own mailbox.
Apologies for the inconvenience this causes.

Please can we have an update on this? Emails are still not delivering and I am not going to make my month end! I don't understand how this problem can persist for days on end with no ETA?!?
Sorry to correct you it's not days we are in our 2 week!! I have had customers phoning non stop asking for invoices - it is an absolute nightmare

We are aware that some of our customers are still experiencing intermittent email delays and, in some instances, non-delivery of emails.
We have logged the incident and are currently investigating it as a priority, critical incident with the support of the Sage Group colleagues.

Yes, this has also been for weeks on my side - how will I distribute statements - NO Statement NO Payment - will Sage Accounting be supporting me whilst I don't get any income from my clients..................
I wish I looked at Hello Peter before signing up there is 2 good reviews for about 25 bad ones, dating back to 2019 - regarding emails & banking feeds & serious money issues. My task is to find a new accounting system.

We understand that your business operations were impacted due to the Sage Business Cloud Accounting email sending challenges we experienced. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
The email server challenge has been resolved. All new emails and invoices sent as from this morning have been successfully delivered. The emails and invoices sent before today may take a while to filter through.
Our regional and global teams have been working 24/7 on resolving the issue for the past few days. Every precaution has been taken to ensure that this does not happen again.
