Please help can not mail out and loosing revenue

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
We are aware that some of our customers are still experiencing intermittent email delays and, in some instances, non-delivery of emails.
We have logged the incident and are currently investigating it as a priority, critical incident with the support of the Sage Group colleagues.
The workaround we can suggest in the meantime is for you to save the Invoice, Quotes, Statements, etc. to PDF and email it from your own mailbox.
Apologies for the inconvenience this causes.

We understand that your business operations were impacted due to the Sage Business Cloud Accounting email sending challenges we experienced. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
The email server challenge has been resolved. All new emails and invoices sent as from this morning have been successfully delivered. The emails and invoices sent before today may take a while to filter through.
Our regional and global teams have been working 24/7 on resolving the issue for the past few days. Every precaution has been taken to ensure that this does not happen again.
