SAGE POLL - Affects on business and how many will leave?

I would like to know how many people have realistically had access to the system as well as what various businesses are considering the way forward due to Sage being almost completely inactive and unhelpful over the past 9 days? The following are a set of simple answers to get an idea of the impact on business for customers as well as Sage.

Although I will wait for Sage to correct this matter, I will most definitely start looking at alternatives going forward. My clients are not happy, neither am I.

Instead of just quietly leaving like most of us will do, maybe we should put some money down and get a decent lawyer to take SAGE to task. A nice class action suite should do the trick.
We pay upfront for a service. The occasional hiccup is understandable. But to carry on like this for 10 days now is just plain Ludacris.
