I have sent this mail on Friday to Katherine. We have an online store linked to Sage Cloud Accounting but the sales on the online store is not updating the quotes on Sage Accounting. The last update store ref is 2380. We are this morning on Store ref: 2412, therefore 32 orders behind that we cannot process and invoice. Katherine said I have to clear the laptop's cache. Done that no difference. Parents do not want to hear our problems. I am not sure if this email reached your IT department. I am just sending mails to everyone right now as I am desperate.

I followed the instructions on my Macbook as below but the problem still persist. Please notice on the screenshot the last Store ref number for online sales is 2380 and its date is the 20th of Jan. The last order confirmation we received last night is store ref:2402, therefore 22 online sales quotes not captured on Sage. These are all school uniform orders and we need to print the invoices. Please assist.
