Accountants and Clients needs re-assurance and answers. Hoping it will go away will not work

Dear Sage, As an accountant, you cannot just sit back and hope that the problem goes away without a proper discussion. As accountants, we are stakeholders in the accounting platform business and believe that accountants can make a huge impact should we decide to migrate as what is been discussed on accounting platforms all over. You will need to re-assure  on the stability and also a why we should not migrate due to the lack of transparency and adequate feedback. Keep in mind that Sage is not the only online accounting platform and lack some of the features of the other platforms. Things such as you are still the only company that has a 1gb online storage unit (others are unlimited due to people start using receipt bank), you are the only ones where you need to pay for an additional user to give access to our clients to discuss transactions, and you are the only platform where we cannot ask or discuss transaction for our clients directly with feedback leaving an audit trial for future use. Just a suggestion, use it, don't use it
