    Please will you do the following:

    Clear your cache:

    1. Cookies and other site data
    2. Cached images and files

    Once this is done, please log back in immediately you do not have to wait before logging in. If you have multiple users accessing the system please will they all do the same.

    Should you continue to receive error message please send an email to [email protected]

    That error is not because of my cookies and cached, and no Im not going to clear that as that is not the issue, looks like sage have run out of excuses..... so you blame something els. and what is the point you email support if it takes 24 hours for support to get back to you.... oooo wait they havent and its been a month.

    Hello, I experienced this exact same error message this morning and once I had cleared my cookies and cache I was able to log in successfully so I am sharing from my own experience, if this is not something you would like to try then I respect your decision. If you have an incident number for your month old outstanding query, please will  you share the incident number with me so that I can escalate your query to the support team. Thank you.  Heidi
