THE CHEEK OF SAGE RENEWALS!!

So after receiving NO RESPONSE from Sage regarding Discounts on renewals for the absolutely pathetic reliability of their

so called accounting system this past year- GUESS WHAT??? Here we go again?! Are you kidding me? And you want me to pay R10+ to sit

in the same situation for another year?? NOT HAPPENING! Please get me a COMPETENT MANAGER that can deal with this because clearly

the ladies sending out the Auto Renew invoices are out of their league to deal with this- and why should they!? This is a Sage IT ISSUE!

    With regards to the above error , Sage Business Cloud Accounting customers are experiencing intermittent issues within the service and when trying to access it.

     

    Many customers have been able to access the service, but we understand that some are experiencing difficulties with the slow processing– particularly during peak times.

    Kindly clear your browser cache before logging in. If the error persists, we advise that you log in via incognito.

    Sorry but I am not going to jump through hoops to access a service I pay a fortune for. YOU need to make it work. Full Stop!

    At present I am busy finding myself a new Accounting service because Clearly SAGE does not care one iota about it's customers, and the flimsy excuses and laughable "fixes" to YOUR system not working is testament to that.

    I absolutely 100% WILL NOT RUN AFTER YOUR RENEWALS TEAM ANYMORE- I HAVE ALREADY SENT 2 EMAILS WITH ZERO RESPONSE! BECAUSE I DEMAND TO SEE A DISCOUNT REFLECTED ON MY RENEWAL FOR MY LOST REVENUE AND TIME DUE TO YOUR SYSTEM BEING CONTINUALLY DOWN OR I WILL MOVE!!!
