I agree with you. It's really becoming an issue

We have to submit vat today and there are customers waiting for invoices...  need to put products into stock!!   So frustrating!!!!

It seems that it starts when you can't email from the system (or what we have noticed)

Oh, another one: no entry sign and "Service Unavailable".

And yet they are so quick to increase their rates... however if you log anything here, they tell you to contact support who never answers.

I don't even email out of Sage anymore, I pdf then email directly to customer. Half the time customers don't even receive our quotations or invoice from Sage!!
