What is the procedure to use bank account to settle office expense in journal entry transaction.

Kindly assist in this regard.

Hello Allmer

You cannot process a banking transaction as a journal entry on Sage Cloud Accounting. Reason being a bank account is a Control Account - therefore you cannot process directly on a Controlling Account.

You can process the office expense directly in banking.
