Hi, I inherited a sage pastel account from a previous treasurer who used custom invoice layouts. I've tried downloading the Sage custom layout designer but the download keeps failing (after I click on setup.exe and it starts downloading the files), so I'm giving up and just want to use the standard invoice layouts.

Problem is I can't get the standard layout to stick on the customer invoices. When I go to create a new customer invoice I can select whatever layout I want from the drop-down menu but the layout I get in the preview still shows the custom layout (with outdated contact details) for the invoice.

I've updated all the business details in settings etc. but none of that made any difference. How do I get Sage online to accept that I want to use a standard layout with the one logo that I've provided and the contact details that are set in my profile??
