I have had exactly the same issue this month, and just have had to pay a R 21,61 PENALTY for the manual payment that was late??!! SAGE did not process their debit orders on the date promised, and because I waited for the debit order to get processed, they raised a PENALTY for 'LATE PAYMENT' .... CAN YOU PLEASE FEFUND MY PENALTY SAGE!!!
