ANY idea why the bank transactions (Reviewed & New) can just disappear?
Does anyone know whether there is a filter setting somewhere on the Banking that I can take off?
Even new transactions diappear as we process and save - not to even talk about the Bank Feeds that does not update at all
will appreciate any help you might have
I have checked thetransactions was NOT deleted by a user
I have tried to import the bank statements of the past 1.5 year, getting an error that my import is incorrect - then copied the example out and prepared the csv file on the example - still the same error
I have tried another browser
I have cleared my history
I have logged the issue with Sage support
Its been 2 weeks now, month-end and VAT returns not done !!!
