Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, Sage Business Cloud does not have these functions, however, we can add these as product suggestions for the developers to look into for future improvements.

You can visit the marketplace to search for add-on applications that can be integrated with the system based on your industry that would have the type of reporting you require.

The access options can allow you to either give a user/sales rep access to all customers or no customers. There is no option to select specific customers they can have access to. 
You can give users access to certain reports and restrict access to others.

We have also found the reporting very limiting but have taking this into our own hands. We use the API call from Sage and we create our own reporting using Google Sheets. We are currently building an app that will limit information depending on your login permissions (https://www.appsheet.com/SampleApps?utm_source=sheets_tools_sample_apps&utm_medium=sheets&utm_campaign=workspace_appsheet).

The big idea is that now we have full control of how we see information. My favourite one that we have built is a negative report that shows who has NOT bought over a period and we use this for marketing and sales promotions. 

So far we have only spent time, rather than money, to get what we actually need from the data available in Sage.

I will take a look at this - seems like a way around the poor information in the Intelligence reporting of Sage.  Why they cannot pull the sub-module data, I can't quite understand.
