There is no data conversion from Sage Cloud Accounting to Sage Partner. 

You need to export the master files, that is customers, suppliers, items and accounts. Print out a Trial Balance. A Sage Pastel Partner agent will assist you creating a company, importing the master files and take on the balances using the Trial Balance report.
