Good morning, Anyone else experiencing email issues. I cc myself in all emails sent out from Sageone but I am not receiving any. Are the servers down?

    We are not experiencing any server issues. 

    This may be getting blocked by mailboxes. Kindly ask IT to assist with adding these SPF records to resolve the error
    v=spf1 a ip4:197.97.85.99/32 ip4:197.96.210.136/32 ip4:196.35.71.152/32 ip4:197.96.73.76/32 ?all
