How do you get real support?

I'm not sure how this company operates but it seems impossible to get actual support. If you call in, you stay on a queue forever. I was directed here for support. Their system dies during month end so perhaps they should offer a subscription for a partially functioning system.

Exactly that. If you call in and you wait long enough for someone to answer the phone and you finally convince them that you actually have a problem (every time that I have phoned they firstly deny that they have any problems), then they tell you to send an email. If you complain on Sage City they tell you to send an email. If you send an email you get a automated response saying they received your email, and that is where it stops. I sent an email on 18 October which still has not been resolved.

Same issue here, I have an out of balance TB issue since 14 September, with no response from Sage other than "it has been red alerted".

Petronella, exactly what are you trying to solve? How is clearing my browser history going to solve your website's peak period outage that seems to be a recurring problem? Is clearing my browser history going to increase the number of competent support staff also? I am going to reach out to your accounts department and ask for a progressive subscription reimbursement every time there is a peak period outage.

Why is it constantly necessary for us to clear our browsing history? Why can't you fix this problem once and for all? It seems like Sage thinks clear the browser history solves the problem. Well it does not solve the problem since it keeps on coming back.

    Good day,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

We’d like to help get this error resolved. Kindly clear your browser history, log out, log back in.

When using a browser, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues and allows you to start a new session on a specific site which does assist in most cases.

Please let us know how it goes.

Sage is the ONLY online platform out of many online platforms that I use that constantly requires clearing of cache and browser history. Generally this does not make any difference, the error just keeps coming back. Why is this? Why don't you fix the actual problem?

You will not get any support from SAGE , they have NO CLUE what they doing ..

You will continually get the generic reply as we have all had month in and month out.

Its just an automated response too NO SOLUTION...

    Good Luck ..

The only thing you can do is report there Dismal service on hello Peter for all to see , and then that way NO ONE will use them .

SO so sad , as over e year ago this was an amazing platform ..
