SBCA mal-functioning??? --- No processing can be done and system is generating journals / item code costings etc

We need urgent response from SBCA support /  development team please.

For the past week, we are experiencing numerous issues on all companies listed on our profile:

1. All Trial Balances are out of balance.

2. Future dated system generated journals appear on random Multi-currency / Foreign Exchange supplier accounts.

3. Item code cost prices are jumping around, last cost is not stored and even if you fix the price on the supplier invoice, the system displays a random cost price when you view an item purchases report.

4. Loading of the website is so slow that we are currently unable to process invoices at all.

We already checked with our ISP, there is NO problems with our internet connection, this issue is 100% related to Sage.

When will you fix the numerous bugs on your system? Our first log for TB out of balance was September 2021...still the only response from your support team is "this issue is still with our development team and we will revert back once there is feedback"...
