Sales Reps access to Quotes

Hi,

Our permissions allows a Sales Rep to Add Quotes, but by not allowing him to Edit Quotes, he cannot view the list or convert it to a Sales Order.

Am I right, is this the only way that he will be able to view quotes, when we allow him access to the Edit Quotes function?

Good day, Elsa

No, please select these two checkbox in control user access menu.

Add/Copy Customer Quote

View Customer Quotes.

These options will allow the user to Add the quote, view the quote and convert to Sales Order.

We have ticked those boxes, yet when the user clicks on a Quote number from the list, it still says Access Denied.
