i can still not import by statement???  I have tried re downloading, giving another name - "new" and it still says my description has more than 100 characters?

The lack of service from Sage just never ceases to amaze me - Why is it that I, the client, must now email another department - is "city" not supposed to be the 1st point of contact and then YOU escalate it when YOU cannot solve it?

this is not a CSV issue!! It is an OFX import and I have contacted support as well as per the recommendation from your colleague Shazi in THIS thread!

Maybe there was some miscommunication with our support team

To make things clearer for you, we are unable to investigate an OFX file because we do not have Microsoft Money.

We can only look into an OFX file if it has been converted into a CSV file. Afterward, we'll be able to open the file and let you know what needs to be fixed.

Please convert your current OFX file and then you can send it to our support team OR me.

I am not even going to continue with this thread.  If Sage cannot answer queries regarding OFX imports - DON'T offer it as an option in the imports of the system.

I am not going to verify this answer as it was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL - please stop the system from sending me emails saying there is a solution to my query.  This platform is very seldom helpful so I will not use it again.  I often manage to figure it out by myself, by asking a fellow user or by mailing support directly, which is what I ended up doing in this case and I managed to resolve my problem with the OFX - NOT CSV!
