Is there an add-on I can integrate with Sage Business Cloud to provide me with the full purchasing cycle?

    Hi

Sage Business Cloud Accounting offers Supplier Purchase orders, Invoices, and Returns.
You can make use of a supplier Purchase order as a Purchase requisition. The document can be renamed to reflect and print as "Purchase requisition" instead of "Purchase Order" in the company settings (Company - Change company settings - Documents and statements - Document descriptions.)

Please see the article to guide you on: How do I change a Document Description?

    Hi Petronella,

Thank you for your response. So in this case I will no longer have the Purchase Order step correct.
Is there a way to have both the purchase order and purchase requisition?
Our client wants employees to use the purchase requisition to request for items to be bought while the purchasing team will use the purchase order to order for items from the chosen supplier.

    Thank you.

    Hello Philip.d

Unfortunately, you cannot add a document. However, you can edit the document.

You can log the suggestion with the Development team by navigating to the telephone icon and clicking at the bottom where it reads, I have a product suggestion, account/billing enquiry or I was unable to find an answer in the self-help options.

The more requests we receive for a specific feature the more likely it will be implemented on the system.

Should the feature or request be approved, it will be included in one of our future builds.
