Please advise on a solution for the following scenario for either Pastel Desktop or Pastel Cloud (we are currently on a multi user Pastel Desktop license):
We have field Agents/Representatives for our company who have to charge our customers who are foreigners. Agents/Representatives include:
- Drivers, who we charge our customers, for KM driven and time
- Translators, who we charge our customers, for time
From a sales perspective for invoicing, does sage pastel have a built in solution where drivers/translators could present a customer with a daily final hours spent/km driven note on a Tablet/iPad to sign off with which would then get added to a final invoice after their stay is complete? (Stay would last several weeks, so there would be several such occurrences per stay)
Similarly, from a company expenses side of things, it would be nice if it could hand this to, ie:
Drivers: Fixed salary, We dont pay them for KM driven, but any outside of work hours time spent driving as overtime
Translators: Base salary and we pay them based on how many hours they spent with customers (and of course, a higher rate if any of those hours were overtime)
Please advise if Sage could harmoniously handle such a solution or if you are aware of any third party app / plugin that integrates with Pastel Desktop / Cloud that could do this for us?
