Blank Screens - Headings and Buttons messed (FOR A CHANGE!)

The Customer Invoicing screen is totally blank.

If I go into Supplier Invoices and back into the Customer Invoicing, the screen header still shows Suppliers and no selection buttons are showing.

I've refreshed, cleared all the cookies, tried another browser.
