The OFX file could possibly be corrupt, unfortunately, because it is an unreadable file, we cannot troubleshoot. I would suggest you either redownload the statement and try again, if this persists, you can download a CSV file and import that rather.

With a CSV file, please ensure that your CSV file is in 3 columns, the file needs to be formatted with 3 columns
Date: dd/mm/yyyy
Description: no double spaces between descriptions.
Amount: no zero balances
These are the only three columns that should reflect on the file, anything else can be deleted.

To check for double spaces in the descriptions, If the descriptions have double spaces, remove them by:
Highlight the description column, Click on "Ctrl + F" on your keyboard.
Under find what - click on your space bar twice.
Replace with - Click on your space bar once.
Then click on "replace all".

Click on Replace All until you get a notice that "We couldn't find anything to replace".
