I am having the same problem since 14/06/2023.

Support wont help. It seems they dont care.  If more than one person states there is a problem,then there is a PROBLEM why must we log a ticket to Support. 

Hi. I also have the same problem. My last imported transaction was 13/06.

My feed magically started working again. I contacted support an hour ago, but haven't gotten feedback yet. So not sure whether they helped me, or whether there was an issue that has been resolved.

So regarding bank feeds, it's a tricky one because, with some of our clients, it works hassle free whereas some of our clients need to delink and add their bank feeds again.

My suggestion would be to contact our support team so that our team can check your profile and advise

It is pointless referring to Support as they are unable to assist. More than one person is having the same issue

I contacted Support, and 50 minutes later all my bank feeds worked again, without me doing anything. About 3 hours later, Support came back to me with instructions on delinking and adding. So apparently, they didn't "secretly" fix it. I also didn't do anything.

We are experiencing the same issues since the 13.06.23. Last transactions pulled through on the 12.06.23

I have various clients with different banks and no transactions is pulling through since 12 June.  This is creating a huge backlog.

Good morning, I managed to fix the problem I was having. It seems you need Log in to your internet banking, the go to Sage and do the following;

1. Go to Banking

2. Transactions

3. Manage Bank Feeds

4. Update Login in details

For some reason it needed the login details to be verified again, worked for me after the procedure.

I have the same issue. Nothing has pulled through since the 13/6/2023 yet it says bank feeds are up to date

I tried refreshing today, still no bank feeds pulling through. I even tried a manual refresh, nothing for the last couple of days. I have updated the bank login details twice in the last 2 weeks. Some feedback would be much appreciated.

I logged a case with support as well.  Was told to ask my client to update his login details.  
As an accountant I do not have one client but several and have to ask all of them to update their details on all their bank accounts (most of them has more than one account).  Support gave me 24 hours to see if the system is working.  Clients do not respond that quick.  Some of them has to de-link and then add their banking feeds again.  Banking feeds is starts to work but it is still not working correctly.  No bother to ask for support again because it does not look like Sage or their Support is worried that their software is creating problems for all users of banking feeds.

Before we had that famous "crash" was it Dec 2019 or 2020? When we pulled through the bank feeds it would pull through to the actual day. After the banking upgrade done by Sage a couple of months ago, my bank feeds will only pull through to 2 days before today. That is very frustrating when you would like to send a customer an updated statement after a payment received the previous day. Now I have to ask the customer to wait until tomorrow to send the updated statement. Very unprofessional. My bank feeds are definitely not pulling through unless I update login details and then do a manual refresh.

Hi, thanks for the info, it obviously means that the feeds will only work after 24hours like when you would set up bank feeds as well?

If updating and refreshing your bank login details does not help. then the only option that remains is to fetch the transactions manually is on Go to Banking |Transactions | Manage Bank Feeds.

How do I manually allocate customer transactions?
