Not receiving customer invoices from Sage - changing SPF records

I have a generic @outlook.com email address. I do not receive emailed statements from Sage Business Accounting anymore (I used to for a bout a month then they stopped ).

I have done everything from white listing '[email protected]", checking my email rules etc etc. and I still do not receive customer invoices emailed to my @outlook.com address.

The only thing I have not tried is adding the relevant SPF records as suggested by the following link https://za-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=200901092136150&page=1&position=1&q=spf%20records

I have spoken to a few IT professionals and they say they are unable to change the SPF records for an @outlook.com address. I have a Microsoft Office 365 subscription and I opened my @outlook.com email address via that, i.e. Microsoft is my service provider from a mail perspective. 

Please tell me how I can get the SPF records changed given my scenario. A generic 'speak to an IT consultant' is not a sufficient suggestion I'm afraid.
