Customer Write Off

Good Day,

I need to do some customer write offs but they're not affecting the VAT, how do I fix this?

I need to reduce my vat payable as its a write off.

    Hi Zoe,

    The Customer Write-off does not cater for VAT as this will need to be adjusted separately.

    To process a VAT Adjustment, please go to Accountants Area>VAT>VAT Adjustments.
