UNABLE TO ADD ITEM LINES ON QUOTES

Please Help! 
 When doing customer quotes, the item lines box does not show, so I cannot add any item of account line on y quotes...

 We have discovered a problem that arises when our customers utilize Google Chrome. 
 To resolve this issue, you will need to either utilize incognito mode or log in from an alternative web browser.
