Hi Guys - any updates on this. Your team told me it was an ABSA issue - I have just spoken to ABSA - now it seems it's actually you guys..... 3 weeks now !!!

This was for any newly linked feeds on 24/04/2024 between 11 A.M. and 11 P.M. The issue has been resolved moving forward. However, any feeds linked in that timeframe will need to be deactivated and reactivated. However, by now all bank feeds should be syncing correctly

Hi - unfortunately not. I was instructed to remove my primary account and re-add it. I have been doing this everyday for 3 weeks now (on Safari and Chrome AND have cleared ALL caches) and had my bank follow up. The ABSA system shows SAGE has made the connection by sms notification but then it bombs out and won't add. I have been in contact with the support team on regular basis. Once the call centre operator has run me through the usual "...please check this first " list, they escalate - I think I'm on escalation 5-6 now.
