As a lot of users would have seen or our Self Service page, we have been aware that some clients have been experiencing difficulties in regards to uploading their Payslips to the Self Service website.  Our Support and Development departments have been looking into these instances and have been able to identify the problem.  

We have identified two main reasons why the Self Service Payslips are not uploading: 

• The first one is where there is a disconnect between the Sage Connected Services and the Self Service website.
• The second is not all of the employees in the company has given their consent to have their personal details uploaded to Self Service.  If one of your employees have not given consent for their personal information to be uploaded to the Self Service website (and you have therefore not selected Self Service permission on the Edit, Employee Masterfile, Personal, Preferences tab) as a fail safe, the system is currently (incorrectly) excluding all of the payslips to be uploaded to the website. 

 2019 Update 3B will resolve the Payslip Upload issue and is scheduled for release on the 22nd of November 2018.  This update was originally set for release on the 13th of November, but due to some enhancements to the V19 integration assistant the release date had to be pushed back in order to assure a more efficient release.  The Update is currently undergoing internal testing and should be on track for the release date of the 22nd.
