Our latest Update, 2020 Update 2b has been released and has been shipped to clients via the friction less update. It is also available on our Download Manager (which is accessible via the Pastel Payroll application by navigating to Utility, Weblinks, Download Latest version).
This update includes:
- The new EEA4 report layout
- Enhancements to the Audit Trail report:
- Employee ETI Changes
- Adding of Last accessed date and Users
- Updating of UIF Reasons for Non Contribution
- Knowledge base resolutions have been linked to certain error messages
This update also has a link directly to Sage City from the Help Menu!

Note: Microsoft has stopped their support for windows XP and Server 2003 in 2014 and 2015 respectively. Due to this, these Operating systems can’t install the .Netframework required for running Payroll and doesn’t have access to the new fonts used on our update. The Payroll program will no longer work on these operating systems. For more details on what products we can support please click here.
