On specific data sets, the ETI is calculated using the old bracket, even though the new tax files are correctly installed and applied for tax calculation purposes.

We have investigated the issue and will be releasing 2023 Update 1b to rectify it. 2023 Update 1b will be released on Wednesday, 6 April 2022.

Please do not submit your EMP201 if you are affected by this issue before updating to 2022 Update 1b and running a legislative release.
