Error when trying to roll over to new month - pay period update

i get this error when im trying to roll over to the next month. this only happens on only one of the companies we have and it happens to be the biggest company as well. it says that file cannot be found and it then gives me a second error before it kicks me out of pastel payroll. I need help asap, i cant even load employees payslips on selfservice, i get the same errors. i cant load the screen grab i made to show what the errors look like

    Can you please type out the full error message that you are receiving so we can further advise you?  Alternatively, please email the screenshot of the error to [email protected], under subject line "Sage City - Pay Period update error" so we can attach it to the post and further advise on how to resolve this matter.
