Hi

I am trying to rollover Sage Payroll into the new financial year.

I accessed the year end procedure under kb.pastel.co.za and proceeded to follow the 10 steps.

- I successfully updated to 2010.1

- No maternity leave reinstatement

- I ran and cleared the exemption reports

- I then went to step 4 and hit a snag. I ran a backup, then went to PROCESS, PAYROLL RUN and there was no screen to select the PAYROLL RUN FUNCTION. I could not advance beyond this step. What did I do wrong? Please help?
