Can you please advise when did you Synchronize the Payroll System to start pulling the information down from the Website?

Hi, First i am trying to upload the new employees and then i sync - I have been trying since Friday and again today with no luck, My new employees are also not uploading to the cloud.

Please advise us of the following:

• On what Update is your Pastel Payroll Currently
• How are you attempting to upload the payslips
• Can you please advise if the Self Service Admin profile syncs successfully? When navigating to Setup, Self Service, Admin Profile.  Just click on ok.

Im using Version 2020 update 1.

Not uploading the payslips yet as i need the leave to sync before i finalize payslip

Then i select Yes

Then i sync again

No errors

My apologies for only responding to you now, have any of the information synched at this point?  If not, I would advise that you zip up the ESSSync.vdb4 file that can be located in the Payroll Folder on your C drive and send it through to [email protected] with the subject line Sage City.

They will be able to see if the information has written into the DB and see if it will sync on our side.  If it does it might be a connection issue on your environment.
