run-time error 6 overflow on launching sage pastel payroll.

Hi all,

I having an issue launching Payroll. System crashed wile performing yearly registration. When launching the application I receive the run-time error 6 overflow. I have tried a repair install but that fails as well . Tried re-installing off original setup file but the file does not run. I have re-downloaded the file multiple time

    Hi Citechcc,

    Navigate to C:\Payroll\Custom.  Locate the Registration folder, right click on it and select Rename, rename this folder to Registration.old and click on yes on the prompts.

    You will now have to uninstall and reinstall the software. To uninstall please navigate to Start...Control Panel...Programs and Features.  This will populate a list of your installed programs.  Look for Pastel Payroll, right click on it and select uninstall.

    Once this has been done please reinstall the software.  Please click here to view the guide that will assist you in downloading and reinstalling your software.
