Getting Started Sage Pastel Partner Payroll Advantage

We are delighted to welcome you to the Sage Pastel Partner Payroll Advantage family. Now that you have bought your software you will be eager to get started as quickly as possible.

Installation estimate: the process should take Approx. 1 hour to get from installation and registration to capturing your company information. (1 – 3 users) add 30 mins per additional user.

Please note: The above is an estimated time based on the number of users, internet connection, computer specs and basic technical expertise.

To simplify the Getting Started process we have summed up the process to three easy steps

Step 3 Using the software

  • Create your company (Approx. 20min)

  • Capture your employee’s information (Time dependent on company)
    • Click here for the “Adding an Employee Masterfile” guide

  •  Setup the payslips (Time dependent on company)
  • Finalise and print the payslips (Time dependent on company)
    • After you have loaded all the relevant transactions and amounts on the payslips you will now need to finalise the payslips by doing the Payroll Run. During the Payroll Run, you will be able to select to print the payslips.

  •  Create a bank transfer file
  •  Print monthly reports (Time dependent on company)
  •  Preparing for the next payslip run (Time dependent on company)
