TERS and foreign employees

I submitted the 3 months payroll as requested as well as UI19 forms for the foreign employees almost 3 weeks ago and I've heard nothing back. 

Has anybody been paid out from TERS or received any UIF benefits for their foreign employees or is UIF not paying for them even though they have also contributed to the fund all the years?

    For more information regarding TERS, please refer to the TERS Guide for Employers on the Department
    of Employment and Labour website.

    UIF has also developed a hotline for COVID-19 TERS Benefit enquiries during lockdown period:  012 337 1997.
