Hi Jamie, just seen your response!

Christelle at support found it was an issue around the share properties on the company and it appears to have helped a little.

It still does hang on the view.ddf file for much longer than before (up to 2 minutes just on that file) but we successfully rebuilt the file without any errors.

I'm keeping tabs on it to see if it has anything to do with our recent company IT changes.
