Pastel Payroll not sending email from Outlook 2016

SOLVED

Hi

We haven't had this type of problem before. First Outlook started complaining that two versions of the application were open when trying to email payslips, got past this error.

Now the application isn't sending anything and I'm not getting any errors. 

I've troubleshooted this to death. 

Any advice on things to try?

    Thank you for your post,

    Kindly note that Pastel payroll uses Outlook as the main mail service application, although within Pastel Payroll there is no setting to setup Outlook as default mail application. If you have changed the mail application recently, you need to check the following with your IT department. 

    1.Set Outlook as default on the Mail Setup in the Control panel .

    2.The Outlook.exe file need to be present in the Program files.

    3.In Windows 8/10 select Setting > Click on Default Apps and select Outlook.

    4.Check if Outlook.exe is enable and running on the Task Manager

    5.Reboot the machine after setting Outlook as a default app.

    6.No duplicate versions of Outlook installed

    7. Outlook might need to be repaired (Uninstalled & Reinstalled)
