TERS Cost to Company query

Good day, please can you assist with a TERS query on Pastel Payroll.  When processed, it shows as a Cost to Company on the Monthly Analysis.  Is there something else we should be processing to correct it affecting the Cost to Company as technically, TERS is not a Company cost?

    Thank you for your post,

    Incomes and Company contributions are part of Cost to company and this transaction 5026 is therefore grouped with the Incomes in Pastel payroll.

    The employer makes a claim for assistance from the UIF, the employer still receives the claim/assistance to administer that income/payment to their employee.
