Historically we have never submitted monthly declaration via Ufiling, only EMP201 and EMP501's via SARS eFiling. We have had employees who were dismissed/retrenched that we historically able to claim UIF, but now for the first time the UIF office has advised the employee that we need to capture their information in the monthly declarations via the Ufiling website prior to them being able to claim UIF.

While this is not an issue, for the life of me I cannot find a report in Pastel Payroll that provides the monthly hours worked per employee???

While salaried employees work and average of 160 hours/months, other hours vary greatly each month depending operational requirements and additional OT hours worked.

Does anyone know where I can extract the monthly hours worked per employee, and is this what the DoL is requiring that we in fact capture monthly per employee in this field of the bulk upload CSV file?
