Thank you for the post.

Please do the following:

1. Make a backup of the company

2. Run a legislative release

3. Navigate to Utility - Rebuild Totals - Rebuild All.

4. Utility - Rebuild Files - Select all and rebuild.

5. Check if something has changed.

Thank you Christelle - have tried your suggestion, but it has not made a change.  there are still two sets of leave and when I capture an annual leave transaction, the leave due increases
