ESS Password reset link

Good day,

I added new employees to Pastel Payroll, sync the data with SS and the employees appear on SS with the correct email address.

I went to user maintenance and sent them a link to reset their password so that they can log into ESS.

The employees however are not receiving the link (this happened yesterday and again today). I asked them to check their junk folder but still nothing is showing.

What else can I try?

Thank you for the reply.

Please change the email on the masterfile of one of the employees to your own.

Sync the data.

See if the email has changed on ESS if it did, please reset the…

Good day M Petzer,

Thank you for the reply.

Please change the email on the masterfile of one of the employees to your own.

Sync the data.

See if the email has changed on ESS if it did, please reset the password and see if you receive the email.

If so please change the email back on the masterfile - resync and try again to send it to the employee.

If this works you will just need to refresh all the employees email addresses.
