Please can you send us the backup of the company as well as the VistaDB file - this can be located under c:/ - Payroll - ESSSync.vdb - zip it up and send it to [email protected] 

Please also let us know what employees are affected by this.

I will forward the backup.

All employee are affected. Information is not pulling through from payroll to ess. I checked the view log tab the other day. Information is dating from April is still  sitting there.

I also forwarded the same file to a guy called Sipho Mashaba as requested by him. He never bothered to give me feedback nor acknowledge receipt of my email.
