Incorrect User Name on ESS

Hi

One of our employees had 2 User Names on ESS. One of them was deleted, as it was a duplicate. But it seems the wrong one was deleted - because now his info is not pulling through from Pastel Payroll, his leave days are wrong, and it doesn't show his current payslips.

Can I delete this User Name also on ESS, and then try to add him via "Self Service - Upload employees" on Payroll ?

    Are you using Pastel Payroll or another Payroll application?

    For Pastel Payroll, once an incorrect duplicate user or employee is deleted they cannot be added.

    At the time of deleting, a warning advising you of this would have come up that once a user has been deleted, they can never be added again, not even after synchronizing from Pastel Payroll again.
