I require assistance to resolve the following issue:
An employee submitted a leave request, however the e-mail to approve / decline the request was not received by the managing approver (as set per the approval tree).
The following items were attempted to resolve the issue:
- The managing approvers e-mail was changed to another to test whether the e-mail was received (the test was performed by submitting another leave request on behalf of the same person whose leave submission was not received). The e-mail was still not received.
- The same test was done on behalf of another manager and it worked successfully.
- The Leave Approval Tree was reset twice.
Please advise on our options to resolve this issue.
