Sage Partner Payroll ESS Reset

For many reasons, I would like to clear my current ESS details and start ESS again. I have tried many times to get hold of Payroll support and I have had no luck. The ESS needs to be setup from scratch. The setup is a Multi Company setup. Please advise?
