PAYSLIPS not on ESS

Question

I chose "Self-Service Payslips" on the Payroll Run and I checked all connections were successful 
 This was at 12:15 today - it is now 16:37 and the payslips have still not pulled through to ESS! 
 
 I am really starting to wonder about Sage Pastel Payroll and ESS because there are always so many issues with the syncing between the two !

 Thank you for the post 
 Can you please check that sage connected services is running. 
 You can stop and start sage connected services as per the below link, then open the Payroll and company, refresh the ESS Administrator by going to Setup > Self Service > Administrator profile > follow the prompts and save/close. 
 Thereafter, synchronise with ESS and upload the payslips again and see if the payslips are still not uploading to the website.
